Online Services
We would encourage as many patients as possible (who have access to internet resources) to register with us for Online Patient Access. By registering you can book appointments, order repeat prescriptions, view test results. your medical record, vaccination and allergy details, all via a secure internet portal additionally protected by your own personal log in details.

You will need to provide a piece of photo ID (passport, driving licence) and something with your address on like a bank statement but not a gas or electric bill. You can still contact the practice by phone or in person, this is just another option, which other patients have found is more convenient and saves them time.

Our dedicated team are here to treat those minor ailments that occur as well as providing specialist management of long-term conditions and clinics covering a wide range of healthcare issues. The technology also means you can now do a lot of things from the comfort of your home such as order a repeat prescription or cancel an appointment.

Once registered, patients and healthcare professionals work together to ensure the most appropriate care is provided. This partnership philosophy extends even further with the input from the active patient group to ensure that patients needs are met.
Access
There is easy access for disabled patients through the front doors and additional disabled entrances on either side of the building adjacent to the disabled parking.
We provide wheelchairs for patient use. Toilet facilities for the disabled are available in the main entrance hall as well as in our “lobby”.
