Book your Appointments online

From 1st December 2017 all online bookable appointments are available through whichever Patient Online Service provider you have chosen.  Please check information on the Home Page if you need to register for this service

  • If you are registered with Patient Access then click here to log in
  • If you are registered with Evergreen Life then click here to log in
  • If you are registered with Dimec then you can not currently book appointments online

You can make an appointment by visiting the surgery or telephoning 01235 763451 between 08:30 and 18.30 Monday to Friday or online if registered for this service.

We run a “personal list” system which means that wherever possible patients see the same doctor on each visit. This builds up continuity of care and enables doctors and patients to establish a good working relationship.

We try to ensure that you can see a doctor at a suitable time for you. We have a system whereby you can book appointments with a named doctor at least two months in advance.

If you need to see a doctor on the same working day please telephone from 08:30. A GP will ring you back and arrange to either deal with your problem over the phone if suitable and acceptable to you, or they will arrange for a face to face appointment later that day if needed. It would be helpful if you could ring after 10:00 for non-urgent appointments. Our staff will ask you for some idea of the problem so that they can direct you to the most appropriate clinician.

You can also book phone consultations with the doctor of your choice if your query is not urgent, and for continuity of care we would encourage this where possible.

Text reminders

If we have your mobile number recorded on our system we will send text messages to remind you of upcoming appointments. If you do not wish us to do this please let us know.

If you would like a chaperone with you during a consultation or during a procedure please ask the clinician who will be happy to arrange this for you, although if not requested in advance the consultation may need to be postponed if a chaperone is not available. In certain circumstances a clinician may request that a chaperone be present.
