Noticeboard

Access to the back of the Health Centre from Grove Allotments-please be aware that the gate which accesses the rear of the health centre will be locked for the next six months. You can still access the health centre but you will have to walk further up the path.  You will come out at Church Street side of the car park.  This is out of our control, apologies for any inconvenience.

When We Are Closed

In an emergency you should call 999.

Chest pains and/or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.

If you wish to speak to an out of hours doctor telephone NHS 111 or if this fails to connect 0845 345 8995.

The 111 service will then decide the best course of action.

A recorded telephone message provides this information when the surgery is closed.

On weekdays between the hours of 18:30 and 08:00, and all day and night at weekends and bank holidays, services are commissioned by the Oxfordshire Clinical Commissioning Group with call handling provided by South Central Ambulance Service.

Out-of-hours services are generally busy and do not have access to your full medical records, so please think carefully before calling them, and only do so if you think it may be unsafe to wait until the surgery re-opens.
