URGENT UPGRADE: Please be aware that in order to support our patients during these difficult times, the Health Centre is having a VITAL upgrade to it's computer and telephone services TODAY.

From 1pm- 3pm we ask that ONLY URGENT calls come in to the practice as we will be unable to access our clinical system at this time. We thank you for your support.

How do we register with your practice?

You can register by clicking on the New Patients tab above, select registrations, complete a questionnaire and return it to or by hand to the desk.  You can pop into the desk and ask for a registration form, you will need one form for each person registering.

How long will my blood results take to come back?

If they are ordinary blood samples such as a full blood count, or kidney function tests for example, they will be back fairly quickly, should easily be within 5 working days.  However if they are unusual tests they may have to be sent off by the John Radcliffe to a specialist lab.  Some tests are done in batches so they have to wait to have a certain number in order to run a batch.  It can take weeks for some things though this is rare so please be patient. When you do phone in for blood results please do so after 10.30am to avoid the very busy period.  Or better still sign up for online access and you will be able to log in and see your own blood results at your convenience (under Online Service Access #3 on the right)

How do I change my usual GP?

If you know who you would prefer to be your usual GP then ask them when you come in to see them.  Drop admin an email and ask to be allocated to another GP, email
