We’re looking for a skilled Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) to join our friendly, forward-thinking team.

  • Provide safe, evidence-based care in urgent and routine settings
  • Act as an Independent Prescriber within clinical guidelines
  • Work autonomously while collaborating with our multidisciplinary team
  • Support patients from first contact through ongoing management

We’re seeking a skilled Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP) to join our supportive, forward‑thinking team. This is a chance to deliver high‑quality care in urgent and routine settings while being part of a practice that values innovation, collaboration, and community.

🎯 What You’ll Do

  • Provide safe, evidence‑based assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management
  • Act as an Independent Prescriber within clinical guidelines
  • Work autonomously while collaborating with GPs, nurses, and allied health professionals
  • Be accountable for clinical decisions including referral, discharge, and follow‑up planning
