Due to the unprecedented period of extreme weather currently affecting our area, we are asking for your support and understanding as we take steps to ensure the safety and wellbeing of both our patients and staff.

To protect staff welfare during the extreme temperatures, the practice will be operating at a reduced capacity. This may result in longer waiting times and fewer routine appointments being available.

📅 Routine Appointments
If you have a pre-booked routine appointment and feel that you may be unable to attend due to the extreme heat, school closures, or nursery closures, please contact the practice as soon as possible so we can reschedule your appointment for a later date. This will help us ensure patients continue to receive the care they need while allowing us to prioritise urgent on-the-day appointments during the heatwave.

🚑 Same-Day Urgent Care
During this period, we will be prioritising on-the-day appointments for patients with urgent medical concerns. If your condition is routine and can safely wait, we kindly ask that you book an appointment once the heatwave has passed.
