In an emergency you should call 999.

Chest pains and/or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.

If you wish to speak to an out of hours doctor telephone NHS 111 or if this fails to connect 0845 345 8995.

The 111 service will then decide the best course of action.

A recorded telephone message provides this information when the surgery is closed.

On weekdays between the hours of 18:30 and 08:00, and all day and night at weekends and bank holidays, services are commissioned by the Oxfordshire Clinical Commissioning Group with call handling provided by South Central Ambulance Service.

Out-of-hours services are generally busy and do not have access to your full medical records, so please think carefully before calling them, and only do so if you think it may be unsafe to wait until the surgery re-opens.
