We are looking for a high calibre patient co-ordinator to join our team (26 hours per week) with excellent interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a medical setting, have a customer care focus, be hard working, easy going, and fit in a team environment.

Duties include: Reception duties, assisting and directing patients to access the appropriate service, administration of paperwork. Providing general assistance to the general practice team and project a friendly and positive image to patients and visitors, either in person or via the telephone. There will also be some ordering duties that form part of this role.

Attributes: Ideally you would have a high level of attention to detail, are smart and stylish, great with people, a non-smoker, a team player and easy going. GCSE Grade A to C in English and Maths are a requirement, plus you will be familiar with Microsoft office including Outlook, Work and Excel.
