Private Work Fees
Private medical examinations for Insurance, Heavy Goods Vehicle, Public Service Vehicle and Hackney Carriage can be arranged with the Doctors by appointment. Unfortunately we no longer offer aviation medicals.
In order to make an appointment for a medical, you need to let the Practice have the papers at the time you make the booking. We are unfortunately unable to carry out a medical until we have received the full details of what is required from the party involved. These appointments usually take 30 minutes and are carried out Tuesday to Fridays.

Important: Medical Reports
To request the completion of a medical report, form to be completed or any other paperwork to be completed, please check the Fees for NHS Serviceslist to see if this is something we can do. If this is, please bring the form into reception to be processed. You can pay any fee due at reception by card or by bank transfer - details availbale on request.
